Morocco, 39 destinations now suspended due to Covid-19
With the suspension of France and Spain, the Kingdom of Morocco has just increased to 39 the number of countries with which all passenger flights are suspended.
“As part of the Kingdom of Morocco’s preventive measures against the spread of the new coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19), passenger flights to and from the French Republic and Spain will be suspended from 30 March 2021 at midnight, and until further notice», indicated the press release of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, reporting to the Ministry of Tourism, craft, air transport and social economy.
However, the press release specifies that special passenger flights will undergo enhanced controls according to a health protocol defined by the competent Moroccan authorities.
Here is the list of other countries on the blacklist of Morocco: Italy, Belgium, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, Denmark, United Kingdom, Brazil, Algeria, Egypt, Poland, Norway, Finland, Greece, Lebanon, Kuwait, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Cameroon, Croatia, Mozambique, Mali, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea-Conakry, Libya.
