Angola and the United States sign bilateral Open Skies Agreement
On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, the Angolan Minister of Transport, Ricardo Viegas D’Abreu, and the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, signed a historic Open Skies Air Services Agreement and a Memorandum of Consultations in the field of Civil Aviation.
