In addition to the cities of Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, and Agadir in summer, Air France plans to strengthen its presence in Morocco by adding the city of Tangier to this list.
On June 3rd, the French company will launch weekly flights by Airbus A320, between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Tangier-Ibn Battouta airports (Thursday/Sunday in June, Tuesday/Friday/Sunday in July/August).
The announcement was made by the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT). ‘This is a great opportunity to not only connect Tangier to the French capital, but also to take advantage of the company’s Paris hub to connect Northern Morocco to European and global markets,’ says Adel El Fakir, ONMT Managing Director.
This partnership allows ONMT to have greater accessibility to one of the country’s major tourist destinations.
